Javea. A one bedroom apartment overlooking the Mediterranean, just 50 metres to the sea and within easy reach of Javea’s Arenal sandy beach, restaurants and bars.

outside-of-apartment-for-rentLounge: This spacious lounge opens onto the balcony as does the bedroom. There is a 3 seat sofa bed and a 2 seat sofa so plenty of room to relax. There is also a TV/DVD; Radio/CD Player and selection of paperback books.

Bedroom: There is a King size bed which splits in to two singles if required, a large built in wardrobe, a drawer unit and bedside tables with lights. The balcony can be accessed from the bedroom.

Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is equipped with utensils and crockery. The adjacent dining area has a table seating 4, the kitchen is equipped with an Oven and Hob; Microwave; Toaster; Electric Kettle and Fridge with Freezer compartment.

Bathroom: A bath with a shower over, basin with cabinet over, a toilet with a storage cupboard.

Balcony: Accessible from both the lounge and bedroom there are fabulous views over the Mediterranean towards Cabo San Antonio. Javea is on the easternmost point of the Spanish Mainland and sunrise is amazing from the balcony, in the summer months the sunset is also seen from the balcony. There is a table outside with 4 chairs to enjoy the climate.

Additional items in the apartment: Ironing Board; Iron; Clothes Airer.

Apartment Community: This is a small community of only 30 apartments, in gated grounds with security locks. There is a garden surrounding the private pool.

The apartment has a twin lock door. However please be aware there is no insurance for any personal property or valuables left in the apartment.

The apartment is on the top [2nd] floor and does not have a lift.

Deposit: A non refundable deposit of 20% will secure a booking.

Balance: This is due 8 weeks before arrival and can be paid, in Euros, by Direct Bank Transfer to my Spanish Bank A/C.

Security Deposit: A cash deposit of €150 is required on arrival; this will be refunded on departure subject to no loss or damage to the apartment or its fixtures and fittings. [As an example the security keys cost €40 each to replace]

Arrival: We will meet you on arrival at the apartment, to familiarise you with the accommodation and hand over the keys. A telephone number will be provided in case of emergency. Upon departure we will meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Services and Facilities: A Welcome Pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk & Water is provided. If you require anything else just let us know, especially if you are arriving late as the supermarkets close at 9pm.

Hire of items such as Travel Cots can be arranged. Linen and towels are included but beach towels are not. For summer there are fans provided and winter there is electric heating and duvets. Cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period is included in the rent. Charges for water and electric are included in the rental. Parking is available outside the apartments.

Location: The property is situated in Javea, midway between Alicante and Valencia; about 75 minutes drive from both Alicante & Valencia airports.

An airport service is available from either Alicante or Valencia at a cost of €90 each way, payment to be made on arrival.

The Apartment is located on the coast road between Javea’s Port and sandy Arenal Beach area; it is a 10 minute walk to the sandy Arenal Beach. It is just 50 metres to the sea, a rocky sea front, where in summer there are ‘Chiringito’ bars set up so a drink by the Mediterranean is just a few steps away.

The regular local bus service stops outside the apartments to the weekly Thursday Market, Old Town and the Port area which is about 20 minutes walk away.

Information: Travel directions will be e mailed to you 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Local Information will be provided in the apartment. The following activities are available in the area: Golf: About 20 mins away by car Sea Fishing: 50 metres, opposite the Apartment! Tennis: 10 minutes walking distance. Windsurfing: 5 mins by car. [Equipment can be hired] Many other activities are possible such as Horse Riding; Walking; Biking or simply relaxing. Restaurants and Bars: Javea has an extremely wide range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste, the two primary areas for dining are the Arenal Beach and the Port Area.
