What most young people tend to do after dinner is have a few drinks in the local pubs and bars and then hit the nightclubs and dance the night away.

Most people don’t go out until about 9 or 10 so for nightlife you will be out until 2 or 3 in the morning – at least!

While Javea is a popular tourist resort it mainly appeals to families who love to rent one of the many villas or apartments in the town. For this reason the nightlife tends to be more orientated to strolling the promenade in the evening and having a few drinks or eating out at the fabulous restaurants.

If you want out and out partying then you should look to a younger persons resort on the Costa Blanca, such as the lively nightlife in Benidorm which is easily the best night out on the Costa Blanca with hundreds of bars and nightclubs. In fact even if you are staying in Javea you can get to Benidorm in just 45 minutes so a night out there is possible.

Although Javea is generally family orientated there is enough nightlife to keep most visitors happy. All of the nightlife is centered around the Arenal beach area where most of the bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops are located.
