This modern 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house is situated in gated, private residential area with communal pool. Upstairs is main bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower, toilet and basin) and french door leading onto terrace with mountain views and views over La Vallesa Park community.

Downstairs are further two bedrooms and main bathroom (shower, toilet and basin). The kitchen has integrated appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and ceramic hob. The large dining/living room with wood burner has large glass sliding doors opening directly onto the partially covered terrace and utility room with combi boiler and washing machine.

Only 2 km from the main sand beach and Penon de Ifach and 3 km from Calpe town centre. Restaurants and nearest supermarket are about 1 km down the road. Local bus stop is about 500m away.

Four Bed House For Rent in Calpe

Villa Sarabanda Property Details

Villa Sarabanda is a spacious detached villa, situated in a mainly residential area of CALPE. Vehicle access is via a small and quiet cul-de sac and there is parking for two vehicles.

This substantial villa is built on two levels & will accommodate up to eight people. There being three bedrooms upstairs & a studio flat downstairs.

The main living and sleeping area is on the upper level, which is approached by an external staircase, which leads onto a large terraced area which is covered and overlooks the villa’s private swimming pool. Within the villa is a Lounge /dining area, there is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave. The upper bedrooms comprise of – One double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room. Two twin-bedrooms and the house bathroom.

The Lower level consists of a sun-room, which has tinted sliding glass doors, this leads into the studio flat which comprises of a spacious twin bedroom/Living room, there is a small shower-room and a Kitchenette area with a washing machine.

The villa has a standard sized swimming pool, with roman steps leading into it. Adjoining the pool is a sun-terrace area with pool side furniture and a mosaic tiled wrap around pool shower. Within the sun-terrace area is a built-in Barbecue with chimney. The property stands within a good sized walled garden. To the rear of the villa is an interesting cactus garden which grows amongst pine and eucalyptus trees.

pool Because of villa sarabanda’s wonderful situation and it’s south facing aspect the villa benefits from the Costa Blanca climate from sunrise through to the sun-setting. The open wrap around terrace at the front of the villa enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views towards the Sierra Bernia mountain range, which rises to over 1000 metres.

This is wonderful and spectacular walking terrain during the off-peak winter months. The spacious terrace also comes into it’s own during the evenings, when the scent of Jasmine & other highly scented plants growing in the garden mingle with the night air. The terrace is also an ideal place to be, to watch the late night fire work displays from Calpe, during the local fiestas.

Villa Sarabanda is an easy 10 minute walk from the Sea / Beach and the local supermarkets. Calpe town is five minutes drive – passing the salt fields on the way, where flamingo’s can be seen. There are plenty of excellent golf courses to choose from within a 20 minute drive of the villa, the renowned Don Cayo golf course is 15 minutes drive away. Water world and Terra Miticha are approx. 25 minutes by car. The Sierra Bernia mountain range is also well worth exploring.
