We have a Samsung fridge/freezer RSA1WTMH purchased in the UK in 2009. The freezer developed a fault at the end of last week; the motor is not working. We have emptied and switched off overnight but still not working. Since switching on and setting to -20C five hours ago, the temperature has dropped from 20C to 15C. The fridge went down to 4C very rapidly and is working normally.

Hello – can anyone recommend a decent person who can repair a Siemens dishwasher. I do not want someone that is a gardener or plumber or even a handy man and definitely not someone that needs to the money that isn’t an expert! I was wondering if anyone could recommend someone that has a shop front so that should there be any problems I can easily contact them. I do hope someone can help.
