Yes I have to agree with the state of the salon, although the roots colour and blow dry that I got done was fine, however, I did ask for some waxing and that was very bad, and cost me 15.00 euros for literally nothing, the lady did not seem to know what she was doing, I would not go back to this salon.

Just an note about Gloss studio – this place used to be really good but when I went to cute the tips of my hair today I found a filthy hair salon covered with dust, clothes on the floor near the till and a weird half boy half lady all in one person cutting hair – mine wasn’t even dived properly and it took him/her 1 mint and 20 seconds for the job… worst experience ever! what was that about?
