Nestled in the Spanish countryside amongst Orange Groves & Mountains yet only a short drive from Denia and Javea on the Costa Blanca with all the activities and beaches that make a memorable holiday.

This delightful typically Spanish Finca is situated on a flat plot only 2 kilometres from the main village of Pedreguer. It is set in 3,200 sq m of landscaped traditional gardens with winter Clementine grove and a variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, almond, fig, caci, nispero, apricot, olive and grape.

The property comes fully equipped, is bright and airy with good size rooms and includes an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. 3 double bedrooms with either double or king size bed, 2 of which have en suites. The fourth bedroom contains one single bed but a second can be provided upon request.

All the bedrooms, lounge and dining areas have either ceiling or static fans. All windows are fitted with fly screens. The master ground floor bedroom has air conditioning.

Outside, there is a large 10m x 5m salt water pool, outside kitchen with fridge freezer and built in BBQ. An outside toilet and shower completes the outdoor facilities.

We have satellite TV with English and Spanish channels and also Wireless Broadband connection – all you need to do is bring your laptop!!

The villa is ideally located to not only enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break but is also only minutes away from the fabulous beaches of Javea and Denia as well as being close to Junction 62 of the AP7 motorway which gives easy access to the whole coast line from Valencia to the North all the way down to Alicante.

Pedreguer is close to the beaches of Javea and Denia yet it is away from the maddening crowds and so it makes for a good holiday location if you want to enjoy the northern Costa Blanca.

Pedreguer is also the gateway to the beautiful Jalon Valley famous for its orange groves. In the summer month of July there is the week long fiesta dedicated to Sant Bonaventura with bull-running throughout the town. Market day is held on Saturday in the town centre while the large Rastro Market, held on Sundays on the Poligono, draws visitors from nearby towns and villages.

The well known La Sella Golf Course designed by José María Olazábal in 1991 is also close by.

The resorts of Javea & Denia are both less than 10 km away.

Javea is charming, with clean, sandy beaches and some excellent restaurants sprinkled around the colourful port area. Denia town is made up of a labyrinth of tiny streets and quaint houses. It boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. Facilities include many types of water sports & a great choice of restaurants & bars. Famous for its abundant charm, Denia still retains its character & picturesque look including the quaint fisher mans quarter, cobbled streets & a 12th century castle.
