About Puccini’s Restaurant Cabo Roig

HISTORY “Puccini’s Italian Restaurant has been serving it’s customers in Cabo Roig since 2002.
However, its reputation and history goes much farther back in time. During the 1980’s Maryo Cataffo owned and ran over 30 restaurants in the UK, Spain and Italy.

In 2002 Maryo opened his first restaurant in Spain with a clear philosophy of providing the best locally sourced fresh ingredients served in a chic, modern bright atmosphere by attentive staff. His wealth of experience and his dedication to quality, service and locally sourced produce has been a huge success.

ESTABLISHED SINCE 2002 As Puccini’s, Cabo Roig turns 10 years old Maryo continues to invested in it’s future by ensuring the decor and image remains fresh and modern. The name has some minor modifications reflecting the name by which the restaurant is best known; “Puccini’s” There are other welcome changes as well; new menus, rejuvenated enthusiasm from the highly professional trained staff and all the chic falair one would expect from a fine dining establishment of its type.

CHANGES AND TRADITION Along with the new design there is some exiting news our patrons; new dishes and daily specials from secret recipes gathered from all over Italy. All our ingredients are sourced locally ensuring the highest quality and freshness that can only be obtained just minutes from the fields where our produce grows. Our fresh meat and fish again locally sourced and purchased daily from local farmers and fishermen. Our freshly prepared pizzas cooked in our own traditional stone oven exactly how you would expect an Italian pizza. The pizza dough Puccini’s use is based on a time honored and secret recipe. Traditional ice cream made as only the Italian’s know how. Our specially selected and exclusive wines come from a 600 year old vineyard and offer value as well as exceptional flavor.

ATMOSPHERE From the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave you will feel like you have been transported to a traditional Italian restaurant. The tastes and aromas compliment the chic decor where you can relax with our attentive staff.” Check out the Menu at Puccini’s An Italian dining experience can also be enjoyed at Puccini’s Restaurant in Punta Prima.
