Cabo Roig is known for its clean blue flag beaches and is popular for tourists from Northern Europe as well as the residents of the neighbouring region of Murcia who often flock to the beaches at the weekends.

Often it is May and October which are the best times to visit Cabo Roig as the weather is warm, not too hot and humid and not as busy as it becomes during the school holidays.
There are a few beaches one can visit while vacationing in Cabo Roig which are Playa Cala Capitan and Playa Cala Caleta which are clean and safe for children.
