This apartment complex is situated on the Calle Brusellas.

The Picasso Apartments have been rated as a two star or two key establishment in the Playa Levante area in Benidorm just six hundred metres away from the beach front.

ROOMS AND FACILITIES AT THE PICASSO BENIDORM

The Picasso Apartments are relatively close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and shops are just four hundred metres away while the Old town and town centre are two kilometres away, if this is too far for you to walk, don’t worry there is a bus service nearby offering cheap fares priced at one euro and twenty cents regardless of distance.

The accommodation at the Picasso Apartments is spread over twelve floors. There are twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge enabling each apartment to comfortably sleep four people. The apartments also have a kitchenette with hob, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, full bathroom, satellite television at a small charge to be paid locally and either a terrace or a balcony.

The Picasso apartments have a reception which has limited opening hours from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon and then again from four in the afternoon until eight in the evening. If you need reception services outside of these hours you can go to the Buena Vista Apartments on the Calle Ciudad Real. Guests are also requested to leave their banking details at reception for those checking out early as only in this way will their deposits be refunded.

All guests checking in are required to pay a one hundred Euro refundable breakage deposit on arrival in order to use all the facilities the Picasso apartments have to offer. The Picasso Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis and bed linen and towels are changed weekly too.

Facilities at the Picasso Apartments include an outdoor swimming pool, with children’s paddling pool. The Picasso Apartments are a self catering complex.

Rates at the Picasso Apartments start at sixty pounds per day.
