Paraiso 10 Apartments Benidorm

The Paraiso 10 Apartments are considered by many to be a budget priced apartment complex in one of the more quieter districts of the Playa Levante area in Benidorm.

The Paraiso Apartments are located on the Calle Lerida and just eight hundred metres from the beach front and close to many bars restaurants and night clubs.

The Paraiso 10 Apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished, and very well equipped. There are one hundred and fifty six apartments on the complex serviced by four lifts and spread over twenty six floors. You can choose from one or two bedroom apartments to rent. All apartments are air conditioned or f you feel the need you can turn up the heat too.

The two bedroom apartments can comfortably sleep four to six people, and the one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four people. Each apartment comes with a very well equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Satellite television and a terrace with table and chairs are also standard at the Paraiso 10 Apartments.

The rooms are cleaned twice a week, towels changed twice a week and linens will be changed once every week as well. If you feel the need to secure your valuables there are security deposit boxes on offer at a small charge.

Families with children can also hire cots at the twenty four hour reception. The reception also offers late checks outs and a left luggage service. All guests are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of one hundred Euros when they check in.

The Paraiso10 Apartments have tennis courts a large swimming pool with sun loungers for hire at a small charge. The paradise Bar is a great place to have your breakfast in the summer months, or have some snacks or drinks.

Families can entertain themselves in the games room, where there are pool tables and video games. Internet access is also available and some free parking too.

The Paraiso Benidorm apartments to rent are centrally located with public transport links five hundred metres from the complex, taxi rank four hundred metres, water sports are eight hundred metres, pharmacy two hundred metres, medical centre five hundred metres and supermarket just fifty metres.

Rates for the one bedroom apartment start at thirty Euros during the low season and peak at forty one Euros per day during the high season. The two bedroom apartments are available starting at forty two Euros in the low season and peak at fifty-seven Euros per day in the summer months.
